  • THENSILE LOAD TEST MACHINE

    It is the equipment to test load (mechanical strength), toughness (durable nature) which can endure under practical condition where the fish hook is used. This experiment is to grasp the most suitable strength following the special character and shape of each fish hook for receiving stress when a fish is hooked to the fish hook, and to reflect its value to produce products of high quality. Also, the reliability (the error is ¡¾0.0005) is not only considerably high, but also our company execute minute and scientific measurement in order to prevent delivery of defective products in advance through each exclusively using tensile load test machine following the distinctive feature by us age of fish hook as the following drawing.

  • SALT SPRAY TEST MACHINE

    It's the machine to test corrosion resistance by spraying salt water on the surface of fish hook in accordance with the standard of ASTM B-¥±7, and by setting the worst condition of high temperature and much moisture for accelerated life test in order to grasp corrosion resistance under the actual condition of fishing operation with our company's fish hook, the occurrenceand progress of corrosion is measured rapidly and correctly, as we can present positive and rational data against our clients' subjective and irrational claims, we can realze higher satisfaction of our clients.

    This is the machine to produce test pieces in order to grasp minute change of construction and hardness by cutting and compressing the section of fish hook in order to test the construction of fish hook.

  • MICRO HARDNESS TEST MACHINE

  • MICRO HARDNESS TEST MACHINE

    When a fish is hooked to fish hook, it will receive considerable load under several repeating pulling and releasing action, and the internal portion of the fish hook will receive continuous and severs stress, and eventually, breaking phenomenon may occur.   • CARBURIZING STEEL HIGH CARBON STEEL
    Object It aims to improve the surface mature of mechanical parts which receive high stress such as shaft, gear, bearing, etc.
    • The quality of material being inclusively used for parts requiring high strength and high toughness such as shaft, supporting stand, piano line, etc.
    • Forming nature adn welding nature is bad. (It shall be quenching treatment to improve forming nature.)
    Mechanical Nature
    • Cutting nature is inferior than that of high carbon steel.
    • Tensile strength is low. (After forming fish hook, shape of point of others can be easily deformed before heat treatment
    • It is easy for cutting, cold, heat and plastic working.
    • Tensile strength is high. (Contrary to low carbon steel.)
    Heat Treatment Method & Distinctive Feature
    • Carbon is forced to solve such as:

      1. solid packed carbonizing
      2. Liquid carbonizing
      3. Gas carbonizing

    • The surface is not clean.
      The quality of materal of thin diameter of line may have not toughness. (The depth of end of carburizing is generally 0.4-20.mm)
    • By the quantity of carbon which has quality of material, various heat treatment can be carried out.
    • General Q/T (Oil, water, salt-possible)
    • Various heat treatment such as marquenching or austemper is possible.
    Object
    • The brittleness may occur according to the quantity of carbon
    • As it is diffused carbon forcibly, only the surface has strength
    • By the general heat treatment method (continuous furmace), decaburizing, decarborizing and oxidation may occurs.
